Finals Game 1: Dubai - Partizan 99-93

The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Partizan won third quarter22-16 . However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dubai looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. 27 personal fouls committed by Partizan helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Bosnian swingman Dzanan Musa (205-1999) stepped up and scored 22 points and 6 assists for the winners and Canadian center Mfiondu Kabengele (207-1997, college: FSU) chipped in 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side South Sudanese point guard Carlik Jones (185-1997, college: Louisville) responded with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and American Sterling Brown (197-1995, college: SMU) scored 20 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
